It's time for this week's edition of Friday Frivolity - the blog party for all things fun, funny, hopeful & happy!

Just wait until you see what we dug up for this week's theme...

At last week's party, we shared our favorite dance movies, shows and books.

This week brings us Mother Goose Day (it was on the 1st), so we're sharing our favorite nursery rhymes.

Actually, I don't have any particular favorites myself, so instead I'm consulting with our resident expert and letting her share the list with you this week...I hope you enjoy her thought-provoking commentary {grin}.

My contribution will be to share these two posts with you, full of great ideas for focusing on nursery rhymes with your kids:

1. Hey Diddle Diddle

"It's funny when the cow jumps over the moon. It's just a funny one."

2. Rock a Bye Baby

"I like that the baby is so cute."

3. Three Little Kittens

"I like when they lost their mittens; that was funny!"

4. Jack Be Nimble

"I like it because I can do my own Jack be nimble, Jack be quick." (She says while jumping over various items scattered on the floor.)

5. Jack and Jill

"I like it because it's kind of funny that there was hill with a well."

I guess she likes the funny parts. Funny to her, at least!

Do you have any favorites?

Now time for the new stuff!
