1. Chewy Country Seed Bread
This is one of our favorite breads - partly because it's full of yummy pumpkin seeds. It's even better if you roast the seeds first (although we can't help but gobble up all the roasted pumpkin seeds the minute they're cool from the oven!)
2. Pumpkin Seed Squash Muffins
These muffins pack a one-two punch, because they're not only filled with seeds, but pureed pumpkin, too.

3. Pumpkin Seed Pesto Pizza
This is one of our absolute favorite pizzas and everyone who's ever tried it agrees that it's amazing.

4. Mac & Cheese
If you click on over, you'll see that this recipe is actually for butternut mac & cheese, but we make it all the time with pumpkin and it's just as delicious that way, too!
5. Perfect Pumpkin Soup
This has become our go-to soup for pretty much every week this fall - it's loaded with nutrients and incredibly delicious - it's the perfect soup!
