This was another savory strawberry recipe G and I were skeptical about, but we both agreed it was a refreshing take on hummus and would be great for a summer picnic or potluck dish!
What You Need
2 cups hulled strawberries
2 cups rinsed and drained chickpeas
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt
black pepper
What You Do
1. Throw everything into your handy-dandy Ninja. (Get yours here) (Add salt and pepper to taste.)
2. Blend until desired consistency.
