Project Snapshot {Week 18}

http://www.edsnapshots.com/2013/12/project-snapshot.html

I'm joining Pam for Project Snapshot Mondays.  The goal of this project is to capture a memory from the past week, either with a camera, words, or both.  Time passes in the blink of an eye and this will create a collection of treasured memories from throughout the year.

My Snapshot
Blueberry picking this past weekend.  So hot, but so fun to watch Gv WALK up and down the rows herself as we picked yummy berries and ate them all before they made it to the bucket tried to at least follow the, "one for me...one for the bucket" rule so we'd have some to bring home.

The farm's policy was "we weigh buckets, not people," so they weren't helping us out much on that front...

What I love about this photo:

1) The way G is engaged with Gv and her blueberries.  Such a good daddy!
2) The fact that our little girl is dressed completely in boy clothes, except for her girly flowery hat.
3) The fact that Gv actually kept said flowery hat on her head (once her initial attempts to rip it off failed).
4) Those pudgy little legs sticking out from her socks.
5) The 17 - yes, SEVENTEEN - pounds of blueberries that we now have.  That I get to do something with.  Today.  Better get on that.

And yes, you know there's a blueberry post coming...

What was your favorite memory from this past week?  I'd love to hear about it!  Either leave a comment below or email me at lisahealy (at) outlook (dot) com.
