The goal of this post is to capture a memory from the past week, either with a camera, words, or both.  Time passes in the blink of an eye and this will create a collection of treasured memories from throughout the year.

My Snapshot(s)

It was our last day of summer together before G headed back to the classroom, so we had a final hurrah at Legoland Florida - checking it out for the first time before our teacher passes expired.

Even though Gv was still too little to ride many of the rides, the park offered plenty of options for the shorter set to enjoy.

Many attractions were a huge hit (especially the carousel!) but she probably had the most fun when we happened upon a large patch of lush grass and decided it was the perfect location for the picnic lunch we'd packed in one of these.

Besides a refreshing snack of chilled grapes, crisp apples, bread & cheese and plenty of water, Gv had a blast chasing butterflies, practicing her somersaults, and pushing G around in the stroller (he helped).

We even made it back to the car just before the typical afternoon thunderstorm hit, so the day was a win, all the way around!

What was your favorite memory from this past week?  I'd love to hear about it!  Either leave a comment below or email me at lisahealy (at) outlook (dot) com.
