Project Snapshot - Week 153

Each week, Project Snapshot captures a memory from the past few days - either with a camera, words, or both.

Time passes in the blink of an eye - see which treasured memory will join the year's collection for this week:

My Snapshot(s)

We had our Annual Neighborhood Christmas Block Party this past weekend. It's one of those gatherings that don't seem to happen much anymore, even though I remember them happening all the time when I was growing up. Everyone gathers in the driveway of one house and brings a dish and the kids just run and play while everyone else stuffs their face with yummy food.

G and I had three platefuls each, but who's counting?

When the dessert round came, Gv decided she wanted to sit in a chair near her friends, so this shot is from waaaaay over where we sat watching her devour a bright-green-frosted cupcake!

What was your favorite memory from this past week?  I'd love to hear!  Either leave a comment below or email me at lisahealy (at) outlook (dot) com.
