Project Snapshot - Week 165

Each week, Project Snapshot captures a memory from the past few days - either with a camera, words, or both.

Time passes in the blink of an eye - see which treasured memory will join the year's collection for this week:

My Snapshot(s)

We did absolutely nothing exciting this past weekend (unless you count my much overdue haircut and our monthly grocery shopping), so I wasn't sure I could even come up with a photo to share for the week.

But then I discovered this little gem.

Last week, we read about Calder's kinetic art and there was a photo in the book of Lobster Trap and Fish Tail, which made Gv want to create a mobile of her very own.

She trotted off to gather supplies (hanger, yarn, paper, scissors and - of course - glitter) and then proceeded to re-create Calder's work all by herself.

I had to take a photo of it all, because she was so incredibly proud of her sculpture!

What was your favorite memory from this past week?  I'd love to hear!  Either leave a comment below or email me at lisahealy (at) outlook (dot) com.
