Project Snapshot - November 2019

Each month, Project Snapshot captures memories from the past weeks - either with a camera, words, or both.

Time passes in the blink of an eye - see which treasured memory will join the year's collection for this month:

My Snapshots

What have we been up to this past month? Take a look and see:

Halloween. The photo on the left is for Awana's fall festival, the one on the right is just before trick or treating. You might think that the witch costume was the main part of her creation, but it's not.

No, last April, she saved the bag wrapping up a case of toilet paper, declaring it was going to be her costume: invisible clothes.

When I told her she'd need to wear something under her invisible clothes, she decided she'd be a witch. Wearing invisible clothes.

She got quite a few strange looks during the night, but we loved how pure Gv it all was!

We made use of my teacher card and a guest pass from super-sweet, generous friends to spend the day with them at Sea World. The girls had a blast and really enjoyed exploring all that the new Sesame Street area had to offer!

Our burgeoning synchronized skating program now has two teams, which means Gv's arms aren't constantly up by her ears as she holds on to the big girls. She's been having a blast getting ready for our rink's Christmas show!

With G working M-F and my weekends being eaten up at the rink, we never seemed to see each other as a family. Plus, I was missing out on attending church with them. We finally realized that we could go in the evening and then have an occasional family treat by eating dinner out together. It's been nice spending time with each other again!

And that pretty much wrapped up our month! I wonder what wonderful memories next month will bring?
