The goal of this post is to capture a memory from the past week, either with a camera, words, or both.  Time passes in the blink of an eye and this will create a collection of treasured memories from throughout the year.

My Snapshot(s)

We finished up birthday week with a luau at the cousins' house.

The afternoon rains held off for at least an hour and a half of splashy fun in the pool, followed by plenty of fun food and fancy pineapple drinks, then birthday banana splits (although I'm laughing, because I just realized that no one chose to have the banana part of the banana split!).

Once inside, the kids had the kind of fun only cousins can have together while the adults played an intense game of Blokus in the other room.

The evening ended with everyone snuggled up on the couch to watch a movie - and then going to bed waaaay past bedtime.

It was a happy birthday, indeed!

What was your favorite memory from this past week?  I'd love to hear about it!  Either leave a comment below or email me at lisahealy (at) outlook (dot) com.
