Project Snapshot - March 2019

Each month, Project Snapshot captures memories from the past weeks - either with a camera, words, or both.

Time passes in the blink of an eye - see which treasured memory will join the year's collection for this month:

My Snapshots

What have we been up to this past month? Take a look and see:

I walked out into the backyard to ask Gv something early in the month and discovered she was out there swinging, all by herself.

When did that happen?

When did she suddenly start being able to go all on her own, and why was I not aware of this until now??

G gave me this fabulous, colorful hammock I think two birthdays ago and I somehow never got around to stringing it up until now.

The weather was perfect and I had big plans to go back into the house, grab my book, and then settle in for a read.

But when I returned to the yard, I saw someone had already beaten me to the punch.

Oh well. Maybe next spring (it's pretty much only one day a year, then summer sets in until after Christmas) I'll get the chance...

Technology can be so cool sometimes.

It was the Friday before St. Patrick's Day and Gv was FaceTiming with good friends who had moved a zillion miles away a couple years ago, blubbering with excitement to "see" them again.

They asked Gv whether she was planning to make a leprechaun trap and before I could blink, all three girls were making their trap creations together, just like they were in the same room!

Gosh, we've got to do this more often!

We spent part of our spring break on an exciting seafaring adventure with Grammy and Papa and when we returned, our little Junior Ranger added another badge to her collection! (Find a link to more info about this fun, free program in this post.)
And just like that, the month is pretty much over! I wonder what wonderful memories next month will bring?
