Project Snapshot - September 2019

Each month, Project Snapshot captures memories from the past weeks - either with a camera, words, or both.

Time passes in the blink of an eye - see which treasured memory will join the year's collection for this month:

My Snapshots

What have we been up to this past month? Take a look and see:

Gv had her first 4-H awards dinner experience. She got her first-year pin for her ribbon and all three of us enjoyed a lovely meal and the company of our club leader and her family.

A former skating student asked if Gv and I would go to the Lauren Daigle concert at Epcot's Food & Wine Festival with her. Amazingly, she had a sweet friend who worked there and had offered to get us all into the park for free.

Not only was the concert amazing -- Amazing! -- but Gv and I had a blast experiencing a bit of that Disney magic in my favorite of the parks.

Despite the fact that these two best buddies spent practically the whole day holding hands or with their arms around each other, somehow this was the only photo I managed to take of them.

We really miss our friends being right around the corner, but are SO happy we can still see them (almost) every month at our favorite nature preserve's science day!

I've been once again starting a synchronized skating team from scratch and the girls are all so sweet and enthusiastic. Gv's been loving it, even though she's just a little shorter than the rest...

And then one of her cousins had a surprise party at the roller rink. Gv had to miss skating with me that day, but she managed to still get a bit of practice in...

And that pretty much wrapped up our month! I wonder what wonderful memories next month will bring?
