Project Snapshot, August & September 2021

Each month, Project Snapshot captures memories from the past weeks - either with a camera, words, or both.

Time passes in the blink of an eye - see which treasured memory will join the year's collection for this month:

My Snapshots

What have we been up to these past two months? Take a look and see:

The beginning of the school year is always a crazed time for us, but this year seemed especially so, between G still having to deal with Covid in the classroom and me and Gv attempting to venture outside the house again to re-start a few of our regular activities.

I came across this Polaroid of Gv with the cousin's hamster from the summer and it's wild how grown-up she looks...

We were so excited for some of our regular homeschool activities in the area to start back up again. We've got several parks, preserves, and museums in the area that hold monthly homeschool program days. The Ringling Museum is one of our favorites:

We were also excited to participate in the Smithsonian Museum Day again this year. We chose a new museum that's focused on glass and we declared it easily the best museum in the state!

Our area orchestra also started back to in-person performances and we got to attend a pre-opening night concert that was fabulous!

And that pretty much wrapped up our adventures over the past two months! I wonder what wonderful memories next month will bring?
