The goal of this post is to capture a memory from the past week, either with a camera, words, or both. Time passes in the blink of an eye and this will create a collection of treasured memories from throughout the year.

This snapshot is one of those rare instances where propping up the camera with the aid of the lens cap on top of a boulder actually resulted in a product where all three of us are smiling (or at least not grimacing) and thus deserves to be commemorated for all of eternity here.
Plus, this particular hike did not happen to included any run-ins with snakes or bears, which is always a good thing...
