At last week's party, we shared some of our favorite quotes (and yes, mine all came from the high-brow world of movies or tv!)

This week, we're thinking back to our favorite kids television shows.

I already covered a bunch of these a couple of years ago in this post, but I was easily able to come up with other favorites:

I'm pretty sure I watched Sesame Street Every. Single. Day.

And I can still reenact this entire opening, shoe-toss & all:

Would you believe I actually had a pair of green jeans in high school because I had such love for Mr. Green Jeans from this?

And this show had what is still the coolest version of Spider Man ever.  Hey you guuuuuuuuuuuys!

All three of us love to spend a Saturday morning watching a string of these favorites:

I could probably add to this list, but between these five and those from that other post, I'm pretty certain that's enough of a trip down memory lane for one day!

Now, on to the link-up!

Featured Post from Last Week:
Four hosts means FOUR FEATURES.... but you will have to go check out the other three blogs to see if you were featured there!

The featured post for Syncopated Mama this week is........

I loved this post from Tara over at Homeschool Preschool - quite possibly because it was always one of my "soapboxes" as a teacher.  Too often, children aren't given the chance to develop autonomy, which is one of the most crucial aspects to personal development.

Kids are also often capable of much more than we expect!  Read more about it here.

Now, the new stuff!

This a link-up for all things funny, fun, encouraging, hopeful, and happy.  That includes free printables, giveaways, and other fun stuff to make us SMILE and start the weekend off on the right foot.

If you're just here to have fun, skip the rules and start clickin'!

Bloggy buddies, thanks for coming to par-tay! You are welcome to link up to 3 posts, and old posts are always welcome!  To improve traffic to your site, try to link posts we might not have seen in a while... keep it fresh!  :)

I completely miss Mr. Rogers. And that's good to hear about Daniel Tiger - I'd heard that it was the "modern-day Mr. Rogers," but we haven't seen it (no tv). I won't bother ever trying to hunt it down - there are too many great things to find from my childhood and share with Gv. Thanks for saying hey today!
