I've shared before how choosing to read books that your toddler connects with are especially helpful in igniting their interest in reading, so I was excited to be given the opportunity to check out the new edition of this adorable book:

Little ones soak up new vocabulary like crazy and an introduction to parts of the body is one of the best early "lessons" they can get.

This book helps them explore their nose, fingers, hands, knees, eyes, mouth, teeth and hair - everything from their head down to their big toe!

Not only do you have a nose, but God gave it to you so you can smell all sorts of wonderful scents!

You know I'm a sucker for a good rhyming book, and this little gem is just that.

Because of the cadence of all those wonderful words, this book is a joy to read aloud and one that parents won't get sick of re-reading over and over again.

This rhyme preps your child for the idea of losing teeth later - bonus lesson!

I also love the fabulous illustrations in this title. They are cute, colorful, and engaging and really just make your heart happy with each flip of the page.

The toucan and other animals follow the little boy throughout the book!

But the best aspect of this book is its integration of faith.

This page brings a little Matthew 10:30 into the story!

In a completely natural way, this book helps children understand that it was God who created each part of their bodies so that they can enjoy life and everything in it.

And most importantly, that He loves them and keeps them wherever they go!

This book is a wonderful addition to your home library. Its padded cover and sturdy board pages allow this title to do double-duty as a baby toy in addition to being a great early read-aloud for you to share.

It would not only make a wonderful gift for a new baby, but an appropriate present for preschoolers, as well.

So if you're looking for a sweet book to share with your child that introduces God's love in a gentle way, check out God Made You Nose to Toes for yourself!

That looks like an awesome book for young ones to learn who made them, which would teach respect for their bodies.
