Friday Frivolity - Spider Edition

It's time for this week's edition of Friday Frivolity - the blog party for all things fun, funny, hopeful & happy!

Just wait until you see what we dug up for this week's theme...

Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. This means if you click on a link and purchase something, I'll receive a small affiliate commission at no cost to you. Thanks so much for supporting my efforts with this blog!

At last week's party, we got into a spring-cleaning mood (or in my case, a spring cleaning avoidance mood!)

Now, it's National Be Kind to Spiders Week, so we're sharing all sorts of things about those little eight-legged creepy crawlies.

Do spiders freak you out? They don't bother me too much, but I wouldn't exactly want to let them crawl all over me or something...

Now time for the new stuff!

The Hosts:

Host, Lisa, Friday Frivolity Superbowl / Football Memes Edition! (Sort of, Not Really... ;P) Plus the Friday Frivolity LINKY PARTY - the blog link-up for all things Fun, Funny, Happy, and Hopeful!

Ha! So glad you enjoyed the post, Michele! Have a great weekend!
I don't like spiders one bit and it is the hubby's job to kill any that dare wander into the house. However, I do love spider books and highly recommend Sever the Weaver :0)
1 reply · active 416 weeks ago
I will go see if our library has Sever the Weaver right now - thanks for the tip!
Thank you Lisa for hosting, your spider banners are really cute!!
Hope you have a great weekend!

You're welcome, Karren, and I hope you have a fabulous weekend, as well!
You should have seen the spider my husband captured and released that was on our kitchen ceiling! It was huge with stripy legs! I took a photo, but haven't shared it yet. Thanks for hosting!

Now, I said spiders didn't bother me so much, but THAT sounds pretty creepy...
Those spiders are totally creeping me out! I like them since they eat bugs... but I don't want them in my house or anywhere near me.
1 reply · active 416 weeks ago
I like that they eat bugs, too, but I just don't want any brown recluse spiders around (they're pretty common here)!
Yuck! I don't mind spiders that much either, but what bothers me is the thought of them crawling on me while I'm sleeping. I try not to think about that though since you can't control it lol.

Ewewew - I NEVER think about things crawling on my when I'm sleeping, but now I will! :P
