Our little rock hound was very excited to open her birthday present from us:

She immediately read through the directions, then carted it all over to her little table to get to work excavating all the gems and minerals inside.
I loved that she made sure to cover the work surface, just like the directions said. It didn't cut down on the mess completely, but it sure did help!
