Project Snapshot {Week 13}

I'm joining Pam for Project Snapshot Mondays.  The goal of this project is to capture a memory from the past week, either with a camera, words, or both.  Time passes in the blink of an eye and this will create a collection of treasured memories from throughout the year.

My Snapshot

So after our last fiasco memory-filled camping trip, our tent was destroyed.  We wasted no time in finding a new one, since we had reservations already scheduled at a new spot this past weekend.  I got the seams all sealed just in time and despite the rainstorms and tornado warnings, we headed out.

Gv loved the new tent - it's very similar to a previous tent I've owned, in that it has almost all-mesh sides, two doors, and a to-the-ground rainfly that rolls back to provide better ventilation (and gives little girls a better daddy views!).

We are hoping that the new tent will extend our camping season in these parts...usually tent camping is unbearable once April rolls around...
