It's time for another round of 5 After 5!  In case you missed it, last week's list was 5 ways to enjoy the final days of summer and if you're new to this series, you can read more about it here and catch up on all the old editions here.

Today I've got my list of 5 to share, as well as next week's topic for you to stew about over the upcoming days.

And this series is now a link party, so be sure to scroll down and join in all the fun with us this week!

Share your 5 favorite educational blogs

Kids down here have been back to school for a month now, but I know so many of you are just sending the kiddos back after this long weekend.

Even if you don't homeschool in your house, educational blogs can be a great resource for whatever your little one happens to be interested in at the moment.

Here are five (uhhh, six, because I just couldn't choose between two of them) of my favorite educational blogs out there:

1.  There's No Place Like Home

Shelly and I could totally be twins - her alternative-schooling attitude has me shouting, "Me, too!" after just about every single thing that I read on her site.

I have a big ol' long list of blog post ideas that I'm constantly putting a line through - because Shelly's already written about it and pretty much already said exactly everything that is in my head!

2.  Ed Snapshots

She's hit the big time and actually just re-branded everything under her name recently, but my dear friend Pam has really become known as quite the expert within homeschooling circles.

I know I'm biased (she was one of my best friends long before blogging was even a "thing"), but I send everyone I know her way whenever they have a homeschooling question and no one's ever been disappointed!

3.  Jesus Without Language

Obviously this one won't land on your radar unless you're focusing on learning more about the Bible along with the three Rs, but since that's what I focus on the most with Gv, this site is pretty much my first stop each week when I need new Latticed Learning resources.

The activities shared on this site range from the extremely easy to the complicated and you'll find something (always with fun graphics!) for nearly every age imaginable.

4.  In All You Do...Breed-Love

Annette has really invested a lot of time the past couple of years in putting together really amazing printables with adorable graphics.

She's another regular stop for me when searching for Latticed Learning resources

5.  Life Over C's

Kim had me hooked from day one when I visited her site and fell in love with her blog name.

I love her fantastic collection of printables covering just about every subject you can think of.

Bonus!  Tara's got another super site filled with all sorts of adorable printables.  If you've spent much time poking around my Latticed Learning posts at all, you'll probably see links to some of her great stuff.

For next week:

List 5 of the best 80's movies

We're hunkering down this weekend due to Hurricane Hermine, which for us means it's a great time for a movie marathon - and what better choice than to watch a bunch of cheesy 80's flicks?

I can't wait to see which films top your list!

And now, here's this week's link party!  Two other fabulous bloggers have teamed up with me to create lists of five each week and we hope that you'll join us, too!

That's right, every post will be read, pinned and tweeted!

Every Saturday, just stop by one of our three blogs to add your own list of five, then pop over and read as many other posts as you're able to each week - treat it like a true party and really mix it up and mingle with our fun little community!

The rules are simple:  just write your own list following the prompt each week (feel free to interpret it loosely - or in a unique way!), follow each of the three hosts on the social media channel of your choice, and then get into the spirit of the party by grabbing your favorite beverage or snack and reading the lists of the other party-goers.

Your Hosts:

Samantha, at Motivated DaysFacebook // Twitter // Pinterest // Google+
Heather Marie at Life, Love, and LasagnaFacebook // Twitter // Pinterest // Instagram // Bloglovin'

What's your list?  I'd love to hear!  Either leave a comment below or email me at lisahealy (at) outlook (dot) com.
