Project Snapshot - Week 171

Each week, Project Snapshot captures a memory from the past few days - either with a camera, words, or both.

Time passes in the blink of an eye - see which treasured memory will join the year's collection for this week:

My Snapshot(s)

Look out, world, it's the 2034 Olympic Ice Dance Champions!

Poor Gv has spent pretty much every single full weekend this year putting in long hours at the new ice rink. (Of course, G would say poor him, too!)

She loves spending time there watching me coach, but it's taken this long to finally find the time to let her do what she's been asking Every. Single. Time we're there: Skate!

We were so excited when we found out that some of her best buddies were coming to skate at the same time and these two couldn't have been cuter skating around and around holding each other's hands! (With a little help, of course!)

She also mastered (well, can get it done) getting up after a fall all by herself and was even able to skate for short periods all on her own.

Best of all, she had the best time and is already asking when she can do it again!

She'll certainly have plenty more opportunities to try it...
