This book will fill up your Warm Fuzzy tank like crazy, although you'll probably use up a tank's worth of tissues at the same time:

As someone who waited and prayed many, many years to be blessed with a baby, I was a blubbering mess from the very first page.

This beautifully illustrated picture book perfectly captures the feelings of unexplainable joy that a parent feels while celebrating the arrival of a new child.

Author Glenys Nellist (who wrote other great books I've reviewed like this, this, and this) completely gets the heart-bursting, creation-rejoicing rapture that all moms know but can't explain and the book's gorgeous artwork completely compliments its wonderful words.

I especially love that this book is equally applicable to any situation which celebrates the arrival of a new child. Many times, sweet books like this are geared solely toward parents who birthed a child, but this book is oozing with love no matter what circumstances bring the new child into a family.

This title would make a perfect gift for baby showers, births, and adoptions, but is one that you absolutely must buy for anyone you know who is rejoicing over the arrival of a child after a not-so-easy path to get there.

Pick up a copy (or two, or three) here -- and a box of tissues -- and celebrate the arrival of a new child with someone you know!

Do you know someone who experienced a difficult path on the way to parenthood, who would especially love this book?  I'd love to hear!  Either leave a comment below or email me at lisahealy (at) outlook (dot) com.
