We're well past the stage for this type of board book, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it:

Gv was immediately drawn to the Touch & Feel aspects of this board book and while it didn't take but a minute for her to read through it, she enjoyed it enough to want to keep it in our "seasonal" book collection for next year.

Kids can experience four different textures in this cute board book.

The graphics are simple, cute, and appropriate for Fall.

I agreed that this makes a cute little book to read each year, but I did also notice that the artwork appeared a bit fuzzy, kind of like when you blow up a photo so much that it looks unfocused.

It might be that it's just the illustration's style and doesn't jive with my preference for crisp lines, but it's something that stood out to me as I read through it myself.

Gv didn't notice my fuzz concerns at all and said that she thought the book was fun, so if you have little ones at home, then you'll likely be happy to add this title to your seasonal book collection!

Do your kids still enjoy "younger" books like these when they get older? I'd love to hear!  Either leave a comment below or email me at lisahealy (at) outlook (dot) com.
