I can't wait to stick this precious little board book in Gv's Easter basket this year!

Its 20 pages of cuteness will be make our reading time even more special as we connect with each other and with God in the weeks following Easter - and next year, we can start reading it before Easter to help prepare our hearts for the hope of the Resurrection and promise of springtime.

Besides the adorable illustrations, each double-page spread includes a Bible verse, rhyming text and prayer-starters to share the true story of Easter and the sweetness of the season, keeping the focus on the reason for both: the love of our Savior.

I really appreciate how this little book introduces the importance of Jesus' resurrection in simple and meaningful ways that a child can understand.

After all - the greatest joy we know is the most important truth we'll ever share with our children - that Jesus is alive!

Spring is the perfect time to teach this concept and make connections with the new life and bright beginnings that can be seen everywhere during this time of year - and our God, too, who makes it all possible.

Even though this title is a board book and can be enjoyed as a first read-aloud to the very young, I feel its appeal easily extends well into the elementary years, as well.

So join the three little Really Woolly friends and grab this book for your home. You can order your own copy here!
