Friday Frivolity - Museum Edition

It's time for this week's edition of Friday Frivolity - the blog party for all things fun, funny, hopeful & happy!

At last week's party, we filled our bellies with fun for "Eat What You Want Day."

This week we're looking at our favorite museums for International Museum Day -- and in order to put the international into this list, I'm sharing my favorite museums from around the world:

Museo del Prado -- This might just be the best museum in the world, plus it happens to have my favorite work hanging on one of its walls!

The Smithsonian -- All of them! I could spend the rest of my life wandering all the halls and still probably not see everything!

The Tate Modern -- What I actually love the most about this museum is the building as well as its location directly across the river from St. Paul's. It's always got something interesting going on, though...

Musee D'Orsay -- Another building I love, although this one is guaranteed to be full of my favorite art!

Jewish Museum Berlin -- Fascinating and moving!

Musei Vaticani -- Sing with me now, "It's the museum that never ends...it goes on and on and on..."

The British Museum -- I have to go see some of the same things here each time, but then I try to go explore something new. It never gets old!

And I could keep going on and on listing more, but this is a good start.

Audrey recently shared 10 Funny Coffee Mugs for February -- even though I don't drink coffee, some of these really cracked me up!

Jessica is an amazingly funny and smart blogger from Wales who writes at Babi a Fi on a whole range of topics -- from entertaining vintage nostalgia, to technology tutorials, to book reviews, to raising her adorable munchkin, and so much more!
